Neighborhood
Watch has a large number of Block Captains in Talmadge responsible
for encouraging open communication between neighbors. If our block
does not have a Captain, join us in making our neighborhood a
better
place to live. Call Community Relation Officer, Bernie Piceno at
(619) 516-3009 or
(619) 515-2733. You can also reach him via e-mail at:
bpiceno@pd.sandiego.gov.
The Talmadge Community Council (TCC) consists of residents who
want to improve the security of our neighborhood. The goals of the
TCC are:
- to provide a forum for concerns
- to address security issues with the help of our Police Community
Relations Officer
- to link our community neighbor-to-neighbor and block-to-block
through Neighborhood Watch
The TCC meets at 6:30 PM on the 3rd Tuesday of each month
at the home of Afton Miller located at 4725 Lucille. If you would
like to attend a meeting, email Afton at AMiller786@aol.com
for more information.
